Shipping policy

Orders of $30 or more qualify for free shipping by USPS Ground Advantage when the destination is eligible for that service. This includes eligible addresses in the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. military bases, U.S. territories and possessions, and the Freely Associated States served by USPS Ground Advantage. For orders under $30, available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

USPS Ground Advantage includes tracking. Eligible shipments include up to $100 in insurance coverage, subject to USPS terms. USPS generally estimates 2–5 days in transit, but shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain other destinations may take longer. Transit estimates do not include the time needed to prepare your order and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We’ll send tracking information when your order ships. For shipping questions, contact kbk@kreationsbykristena.com
